What's the opportunity?
The primary purpose of this

new in-house role is day-to-day transaction management of the business, for multiple legal entities, and to be a key stakeholder and business representative.

Based in

Sydney and reporting to the

Financial Controller, responsibilities will include:

  • Endtoend accounts payable
  • Fortnightly payroll run and reconciling employee expenses
  • Monthly and adhoc reporting
  • Liaise with tier1 tax and management accountants, and internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support and maintain systems
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and Xero
  • Prior experience in a similar role (6+ years preferred)
  • Accounts Payable, Receivables, Bank Reconciliation experience
  • Broad knowledge of financial procedures and policies
