About the Role

  • Processing and rectifying orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handling incoming inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Owning customer enquiries from start to finish, maintaining open communication throughout.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and collaborating with stakeholders to implement changes.
  • Ensuring all documentation meets customer requirements and is available as needed.

About You


To be successful in this role you will possess 4-5+ years in a similar customer service role preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.


  • Other key requirements for this role include: _
  • 45 years of customer service experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer skills, including SAP. EDI, Veeva, Salesforce (or related CRM) and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • An understanding of supply chain processes would be an advantage.
