The Opportunity
We are searching for an experienced professional - Partner with the right attitude. As a leader, you will be focused on building strong client relationships while managing multiple engagements.
You innately understand that a relationship is not just built on the efficiency, it is also about the deep understanding of what your client is trying to achieve and how effective we are in leveraging our resources and helping them get there.
You will not only be using your advanced technical ability; you will also thrive in the thrill of the chase as you go about growing your client base.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive and lead in a dynamic team environment
- Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a collaborative attitude
- Highly engaged selfstarter with an ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines
- Dedicated to building strong relationships with clients and the team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- 10+ years of relevant experience at a public accounting firm
- Ability to demonstrate strong leadership, problem solving and analytical skills
- Relevant degree and CA certification (active) required.
