We are seeking a skilled communicator who is enthusiastic about helping and guiding others, and excels at building strong client relationships.

Experience in the Disability, Health, or Employment sector is advantageous as we are searching for someone who comprehends the challenges and obstacles that individuals may encounter in the workforce.

A typical week will include...

  • Providing support to both customers and employers to ensure customers retain sustainable and ongoing employment
  • Approaching challenges creatively and finding solutions for both parties
  • Assisting employers in creating a suitable and positive work environment for our customers and advising on workplace adjustments
  • Effectively managing a caseload of ongoing support clients
  • Addressing objections and breaking down employment barriers for individuals with disabilities
  • Preparing for and participating in Ongoing Support Assessments
  • Gathering and organizing documentary evidence in accordance with contractual standards
  • Engaging actively with customers to promote the APM brand positively
  • Successfully completing internal and external audits as per Disability Employment Services contract requirements

To be considered, you should have...

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Prior experience in Disability, Health, or Employment sector is desirable
  • Ability to effectively manage a caseload
  • Demonstrated experience in working with targets and KPIs
  • A valid driver's license and a fully insured vehicle
  • Willingness to undergo a Criminal History Check
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Available to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
