We are based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs and specialize in both the domestic and commercial markets, constructing multiple buildings simultaneously at our 9000m2 Kilsyth factory.

The Role:
Utilise advanced proficiency in Revit to produce detailed and accurate documentation.

Prepare comprehensive drawings that align with customer contracts, quotations, and design specifications, while adhering to relevant building authority codes and standards.

Review other team members' documentation for constructability, accuracy, and compliance.

Collaborate closely with the Design Team, External Consultants, and internal departments to ensure the timely production of documentation that meets their requirements and aligns with production target deadlines.

You will need to possess the following experience & skills: Tertiary qualifications in building design/architecture.
Registered Architect.
Demonstrated high level of experience in architectural drafting within the construction industry.
Advanced skills in Revit, BIM360, Auto CAD, and Enscape.
Comprehensive knowledge of building design concepts, practices, procedures, specifications, materials, and construction practices.
Strong construction detailing knowledge and adeptness in problem-solving.
Familiarity with National Construction Codes and Australian standards.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capability to thrive in deadline-driven environments.
Minimum of 7 years' experience working on the delivery of documentation for custom construction projects.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
