The Opportunity

We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team on a permanent basis. This role is perfect for a professional keen on utilizing their expertise in a dynamic and collaborative setting.

The chosen candidate will have a pivotal role in handling various financial responsibilities, including end-of-month procedures, Xero bank account reconciliations, monthly payroll preparation, data analysis on large datasets, and creating financial reports & visualizations for stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate

Experienced: Demonstrates expertise in accounting or a related field, showcasing proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications: Holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

Meticulous: Pays exceptional attention to detail, essential for precise financial documentation and reporting.

Collaborative: Thrives on collaborating with colleagues from various teams and departments to enhance financial practices and insights.

Organized: Efficiently manages a diverse range of duties, consistently meeting deadlines for tasks like month-end closures and Xero reconciliations.

Proficient: Desired skills include proficiency in Google Sheets and Xero, as well as familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau (or a willingness to learn).

Adaptable: Quick to adapt to new systems and process changes, remaining effective amidst evolving business requirements.

Tech Savvy: Utilizes our cutting-edge in-house technology and leading software to handle a wide array of transactions and conduct critical data analysis.
