Tasks may include

  • Reception
  • Manage and maintain student records and assist with their enrolments
  • Addressing student needs
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive support to students
  • Supporting agents by answering phone calls, responding to questions about current student status and providing course information.

Ideal applicants:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to learn
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • Proficiency in English

  • High level verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience in RTOs and ELICOS language schools is a plus.

Pay dependent on experience level and other factors.

Work Hours:

Full-time (38 hours per week), Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am to 5pm.

Work schedule can be discussed.

This position is based at the Brisbane campus.

This role has an immediate opening.
