About the opportunity
Key activities:
- Provide leadership and specialist advice to support clinical governance and quality improvement framework across the business streams
- Build key relationships with relevant internal departments to implement service and clinical effectiveness priorities
- Develop and review policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high quality clinical services and care
- Reporting to facilitate data and support ongoing accreditation
- Ensure clinical principles are embedded and aligned across the organisation to deliver high quality and safe client care
- Maintain internal quality auditing and effectively use data to promote organisational knowledge and learning
- Coach and educate employees to develop knowledge and capability of clinical governance processes
We would love to hear from you if you have
- Division 1 AHPRA Registration
- A strong skill set in risk management and continuous quality improvement
- Proven ability to build and refine clinical governance frameworks in a crossdisciplinary and complex service
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and strategic planning abilities
- Experience in aged community care (desirable)
- Flexibility for occasional interstate travel
