Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the ICT team, offering guidance, assistance, and mentorship.
  • Formulate and execute ICT strategies in line with the educational facility's aims and objectives.
  • Handle the organization's ICT infrastructure, encompassing networks, servers, and systems.
  • Supervise the acquisition and implementation of ICT hardware, software, and services.
  • Ensure the security and consistency of ICT systems and data by enforcing top practices and protocols.
  • Engage with stakeholders to pinpoint and tackle ICT requirements and possibilities.
  • Deliver training and assistance to employees and students on ICT systems and utilities.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends pertinent to the education domain.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated background in a similar ICT management position, preferably within the education realm.
  • Robust leadership and personnel management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in ICT infrastructure management, covering networks, servers, and cloud services.
  • Familiarity with educational technologies and their utilization in teaching and learning.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal aptitudes.
