Drive continuous improvement along the entire business process, resolve issues, and manage team performance to become a trusted customer partner.


Responsibilities

  • Manage team performance and ensure quality delivery of activities t o drive exceptional customer experience in a competitive marketplace
  • Align with customer and internal teams on changes that can be applied to avoid reoccurrence of issues across Order, Delivery, Returns and Claims management
  • Propose mitigation options for refusals to minimize cost impact to Nestle without disregarding customer interest
  • Professionally attend to customer queries and feedbacks to promote customer satisfaction
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve KPI's like On-Time Delivery, Customer Order Fulfilment and S ervice L evel A greement
  • Drive lean process mindset with the team s to minimize waste and complexities in Order to Cash end to end process, through collaboration with Transportation, Warehousing, Sales and Finance

What experiences are key to success in this job?

  • Demonstrated experience and proven leadership skills 5 years
  • Hands on SAP order management experience for minimum 3 years
  • Expert competency in Customer Supply Chain and Demand & Supply Planning
  • Project management experience to implementation of major project(s) or change program(s)
  • University degree required
  • Supply Chain E nd to End Processes, Customer Service Best Practices and S olutions knowledge
  • Hands on SAP order management experience for minimum 3 years
