Eden Ritchie is seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Officer - Implementation to play a crucial role in coordinating and delivering specialised work packages and projects within a complex health environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to defined service quality standards, health, and safety policies, and procedures.
  • Support and coordinate the delivery of specialised work packages and projects, ensuring solutions are responsive to customer needs and sustainable.
  • Develop and assist with project management documentation, including formal project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Monitor work package activities against agreed criteria.
  • Monitor resource allocation within work packages against project forecasts.
  • Support risk and issue identification, assessment, and mitigation activities.
  • Maintain program/project files in accordance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Assist with compiling project management reports and other administrative tasks.
  • Utilise appropriate project management techniques, methodologies, and tools.
  • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and management of expectations.
  • Review project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards and policies.

Key Competencies and Suitability:

You will be assessed based on the following criteria:


  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in a project environment, including risk management and coordinating work package delivery.

Program/Project Information: Ability to compile and maintain program/project files and prepare management reports and governance committee minutes.

Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with appropriate project management methodologies (preferably PRINCE2) and the ability to provide advice on techniques and tools.

Communication Skills: Proven effective oral and written communication skills, collaborative working, and strategic influencing.

Analytical Skills: Ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities and timeframes.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Relevant professional qualifications (such as ITIL or PRINCE2) would be well regarded.
  • Experience in Project Management software (e.g., PPM).
