This Role

The Workplace Trainer/Careers Officer will be responsible for providing essential training and assessment activities for staff covered by the Victorian Public Health Sector (Health and Allied Services, Manager and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Agreement This includes the coordination of our onsite staff induction program and development program.

It will also provide guidance to employees to support them in progressing through opportunities in line with their chosen career path, and areas of potential future training and development.

This role will also cover and include travel to other Health Services in the region.
About you

The successful applicant will have a TAE40110: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent or the ability to acquire such within the role. Previous experience working in the health Industry in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
