As the Telecommunication analyst your key responsibilities will be:

  • Manage and optimise support services provided by third party Telecommunication Expense Management (TEM) provider ensuring Service Level Agreements are, at minimum, met
  • Review and audit telecommunication vendor invoices
  • Validate accounting structure (business units, general ledger accounts, company codes and cost centres) are accurate and reflect the current state of accounting structure
  • Work in collaboration with Finance and IT department to develop functional specifications for system enhancements or reporting
  • Ensure invoices are processed accurately and analyse monthly telecommunication costs for all locations
  • Support onboarding of new Telecommunication contracts
  • Policy, Process and Procedure documentation development, maintenance and enforcement.
  • Continuously review systems and processes for improvements, preparing the necessary documentation for change and managing the implementation.

  • Customer service focused with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally.

Education / Experience

  • Experience in a proven related role/industry is desirable
  • Demonstrated experience managing telecommunication service delivery
  • Experience working with financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, accrual, and reporting
