The Role and Responsibilities

As the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing payroll processes for a large number of employees. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies;
  • Developing and maintaining payroll procedures;
  • Leading payroll system implementation;
  • Fostering a customer-focused approach;
  • Collaborating with different departments to address enquiries and support initiatives.

The Successful Candidate

We are looking for a Payroll Manager with the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in payroll management;
  • Experience with high volume payroll;
  • Knowledge of awards and legislation;
  • Experience in project management;
  • Strong reporting and Excel skills;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities;
  • Effective leadership and management skills.
