Based in Brisbane, you will be part of dynamic, innovative, and collaborative team renowned for its world-class thinking and solutions.
Key accountabilities:
Plan, lead, and oversee construction activities based on signalling and functional documentation. Manage the Civil Construction team and subcontractors for ETCS L2 project delivery and coordinate all construction site activities according to the project plan. Manage the ITP Process and ensure ITP's are signed off by stakeholders in a timely manner. Optimize project resources, both internal and external, to meet milestones and deliverables. Collaborate with the HSE team to define site safety requirements and implement HSE initiatives in compliance with regulations. Ensure HSE compliance, defining site safety requirements, and implementing initiatives. Provide regular progress reports on construction activities and resource performance evaluations.Key knowledge and experience:
5+ years in civil supervision in a rail and civil construction environment Construction White Card Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Current Class A Driver's License Experience in concrete and foundation works. Demonstrated competency in implementing Health & Safety initiatives. Outstanding planning and organisational skills. Demonstrated experience working within a brownfield railway signalling environment.
