About the Role:

  • Develop, research, review and develop operational doctrine that is contemporary, current and relevant. _If these words resonate with you, this ongoing role may be of interest.


These two fixed term positions of Coordinator Operational Doctrine would suit someone with high level written skills who is keen to work as part of a small but high performing team.


Your days will see you:

  • Facilitate the development, quality assurance and implementation of critical operational doctrine materials.
  • Developing practical solutions to complex operational problems.

About You:


Exceptional written skills with an operational focus, the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in high-pressure environments, creative problem-solving skills, strong research abilities, and excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.
