You will guide our amazing staff to support carers to build better family relationships, manage child or teenager's behaviour, stop any violence at home, budget and manage money, address alcohol, drug or gambling problems and access housing, health care or access to other community or government services. This is a free service for all families.

In this Full-Time maximum term role (through to December 2025) you'll be empowered to make a difference in children's lives by learning, sharing, and collaborating to find new ways to solve problems. We are looking for an inspired, trauma informed and experienced leader.
You will make a difference by:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operational and administrative requirements of the Family and Child Connect Program, including the Local Level Alliance and the Family Integrated Case Management services.
- Lead a team of practitioners throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle, including provision of expert support and advice in Supervision sessions

We recognise your contribution and provide you the support to ensure you can bring your best, knowing here you have the space and opportunity to grow.
Bringing your best every day, means:
- You will have demonstrated working with children and families; families experiencing family and domestic violence; and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities.
