We have an opportunity for an Administration professional to join the team working with our CEO and WA franchise members.

This is the central role in our Western Australian franchisor team.

The role oversees and directs the activities of all corporate members on behalf of the CEO as well as ensuring that we deliver on our values and service promises to our members.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the national events team in organising and delivering all events, functions, conferences and training sessions held throughout the year. A typical year usually consists of approximately 50 events including monthly sales and property management training, Annual Awards, Half Yearly Awards, Business Owner Retreats and seminars, In Room Auction Spectaculars, Study Tours and more. Includes overseeing budgets, registrations, venue bookings and agreements, catering, audio visual, presenters, schedule and event communications.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years customer service and administration experience.
  • Solid demonstrable technology skills as the role utilises many varied technology platforms and mediums
  • Real Estate industry, including franchising, knowledge and understanding a clear advantage.

  • Strong communications skills, including a level consistent manner.
  • High work ethic and pace at which work is completed.
  • Ability to learn quickly and must have initiative.
  • A doer as well as a delegator, who is a team player and a team leader.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
