What you will be doing

  • Provide centralized control, coordination, analysis and reporting of scope, time, cost, change, and risk across all projects
  • Maintain a standard set of practices, processes and templates for managing projects consistently and efficiently to reduce project related risk and costs
  • Collect, consolidate and analyse program and project data to support effective decision making
  • Assist in management and/or coordination of Company personnel and resources;
  • Setup initial contracts and recruitment supporting docs;
  • Receive, review, forward and track the status of Design and Creative request;
  • Manage deliverable schedules based on project team input,
  • Change management systems, including soliciting, receiving, reviewing, and preparing design requests;
  • Preparation of weekly project status reports or as required;
  • Attend and/or lead project meetings;
  • Ensure Design Handover Book is delivered after each project to GM and pertinent parties;
  • Assist with project planning;
  • Track assigned projects schedules, deliverables and report risks in a timely manner;
  • Prepare charts and reports as necessary;
  • Train project team members;
  • Oversee document management process; ensure project documentation is complete and the storage and management of the same is complete and communicated;
  • Communicate with Corporate team about delays and any other issues that must be communicated to clients

What you need for the role

  • Minimum 5 years experience in similar field
  • Experience in a hospitality environment is preferred
  • English language (written and spoken) required; Spanish language skills are preferred but not required
  • Computer skills a must; drafting skills preferred
