***Are you an experienced Executive Assistant that is looking for your next challenge? Our client is a high performing team on the Upper North Shore doing a large volume of sales per year. We are looking for someone to join this team to manage an existing sales business unit, be the driver of the team and elevate them to the next level.

What will you be doing in this role:
***Working one on one with the principal you will help manage the team and the business day to day. This role will see you get exposure to the back end of how a business operates through sales, staff management and special projects. A rewarding role with plenty of variety and long-term career growth opportunities.

  • Support with diary management for the Sales Agents and broader team where applicable
  • Attend and manage out of office appointments
  • Oversee marketing campaign and collateral for agents and properties
  • Prepare proposals and appraisal follow up
  • Project Management of house preparation for the purpose of sale
  • Support Principal with any administration tasks and delegating to the team
  • Attend photos shoots and get properties ready to go to market
  • Invoicing and accounts management
  • Manage teams KPI's, team meetings and note the minutes, prepare call lists
  • 3 years real estate experience in a similar role
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a large team with high energy
  • Able to communicate confidently with clients
  • Take control and manage the Principal day to day
  • A team player
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Strive on being the glue the binds the team together
