GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS

  • Respond to all inbound calls and inquiries
  • Respond to and manage inbound operational inquiries/communications
Write and post job advertisements for your current job vacancies

  • Employee compliance
  • Assistance with recruitment and onboarding

KEY CONTACTS

  • Internal with all O'Brien Rowville people in relation to all operations, office and admin functions etc.
  • External with all the customers in relation to all job inquiries, then Debtors and Creditors in relation to payments.
  • Virtual Assistant.
