**GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS**
- Respond to all inbound calls and inquiries
- Respond to and manage inbound operational inquiries/communications
Write and post job advertisements for your current job vacancies
- Employee compliance
- Assistance with recruitment and onboarding

**KEY CONTACTS**
- Internal with all O’Brien Rowville people in relation to all operations, office and admin functions etc.
- External with all the customers in relation to all job inquiries, then Debtors and Creditors in relation to payments.
- Virtual Assistant.
