Our client is a leader in the superannuation field. Due to growth, they are seeking Information Security Manager to join their team in a permanent position.

Salary for this position is $170,000 + Super.

Core Responsibilities:

  • A commitment to stakeholders who expect their data and personal information to be protected.
  • Performing the assessments and providing recommendations to the Senior Security Officer for Product / Vendor Security Reviews / Assessments both new and existing vendors, as required.
  • Performing threat feed assessments and assessing the patching / mitigating controls available and required for when new vulnerabilities are announced
  • Delivering specific technical security uplift items at the direction of the Senior Security Officer.
  • Certifications in Cloud based platforms
  • Experience with security implementations in cloudbased platforms (Azure desirable)
  • Tertiary qualification in a technology or business discipline
  • Personal drive, strong sense of accountability and results driven.
  • Strong experience and capability in leading change and engaging with key stakeholders and teams to be part of the change
  • Strong sustainable stakeholder and relationship skills.
  • Security vendor management experience.
  • Experience in the management of vendors in the provision of IT security services
  • Strong people skills and influencing skills.
  • Strong customer service and excellent communication skills.
  • An understanding of ITIL principles
  • Managerial experience
Our client has a Melbourne CBD based office however a hybrid work arrangement is on offer.
