Job Title
Solution Designer


We are looking for a Solution Designer driven by innovative, out of the box solutions and passionate about complex banking/payments projects.


  • We're looking for someone with a passion for modern technology and an interest in Banking/Payments.
  • An excellent team player with good communication skills.
  • Focused on Solutions based approach for complex issues.
  • Passionate about Technical advancements, changes and part of multiple Agile implementation projects.
  • You're involved in the tech community and actively network with likeminded people on new tech in the market.
  • Someone who can lead the project delivery of the squad, from designing solutions to deployment and do not hesitate to roll up your sleeves when required

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high quality, scalable and performant solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with Technical Architect, BAs and Development Team.
  • Coach, mentor and help the team members to improve their skills.
  • Coordinate with other Tech Leads and the architecture team on best practice and ensuring all squads are aligned.

We need you to have:

  • Demonstrable experience in development and designing solutions in complex environment.
  • Strong experience in modern engineering practices and disciplines.
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment and experience dealing with stakeholders.
  • Be details oriented.
  • Good understanding of Agile & Lean delivery principles. Provide input to team processes.

And these technical skills:

  • Strong.
NET skills including C#, ASP.NET MVC,.NET Core, WebAPI and Entity Framework

  • Demonstrable experience in Unit Testing Principles
  • Alwayson microservice architecture
  • REST APIs
  • Strong MS SQL Server including performance optimisation.
  • Strong Javascript, jQuery, React and/or Angular 10.


 HTML5/CSS
  • Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, DevOps, automation
  • Experience with event streaming, service bus or message queues (Azure Event Hubs, Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar)
  • Strong understanding of web security (OWASP TOP 10, etc.)
  • Azure experience or another cloud provider

It would be nice if you had:

  • Working with Docker containers
  • Experience in working with NoSQL databases
  • Experience with microservice architectures
