Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Payroll and HR Manager to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, as well as overseeing various HR functions for our growing agency.

Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our recruitment processes and ensuring employee satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage endtoend payroll processing, including calculations, deductions, and tax compliance (Xero)
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Stay uptodate with payroll regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure timely communication of updates.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for agency staff.
  • Handle employee relations and assist in resolving HRrelated issues.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in organizing training and development initiatives for agency staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • Follow up with early years services for outstanding invoices and building relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in payroll management and human resources.
  • Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in the recruitment industry, especially in early years education, is a plus.
