To reinforce our team we are looking for a Retail Sales Assistant.

The dream job for any cycling enthousiast. Being able to work with bicycles all day. From the nicest road or mountainbikes to any basic older bike. We've got them coming through our store for sales, service and repairs.

The role will involve on the job training, which we will provide.

We are also open to assist in any trade certifications that can help you be a more knowledgable Sales person or bicycle mechanic.

You will also get access to the Specialized University with lots of training in the main products that we stock.


  • Is a reliable person with a sense or responsibility and team spirit
  • Is a cycling enthousiast in either road or mountain biking
  • Available all Saturdays and some Sundays
  • Available to work a full time roster of 38 hours weekly

Your tasks will be:

  • Customer service in the store and on the phone
  • Sales advise to clients
  • Keeping the store tidy
  • Building new bikes from the box
  • Basic repairs and service to bikes
  • All relevant administration for builds and services
