We are seeking an experienced

Bar Manager to run the venue, lead from the front & work with their group beverage manager in bringing in some of the cities most exciting drinks on offer & be the face of the business.

There is an opportunity to become an equity partner after proving oneself to the owners. Their growth, could be your growth into venue ownership in honkers......

Work with the likes of The Quality Goods Club, with some of their sister sites as support & guidance of the likes of the following bars / venues:

The venue offers a globally inspired menu offering, international DJ line up, Late night revelry, and set to open in June this year...


The ideal candidiate will come from high quality bar world of stand out venues & have leadership experience with great chat, personality & hustle to boot...


The role will ideally start via a working holiday visa, with them offering some set up & relocation costs reimbursements, then sponsorship opportunities will become available.


Its going to be one exciting ride whereas you'll be involved in the set up, structure & hire of the team to drive the business to success.


AS THE BAR MANAGER YOU'LL
Drive & mentor your team to collaboratively inspire & create a high performing bar offering.


Engage with the senior leadership development programs across their other venues to support continuous development of your own leadership & your teams.

Overall accountability for all product performance within your venue, not limited to venue, product & music events management.

Oversee financial performance of the bar ensuring compliance, profitability, appropriate wage controls & budgeted results are achieved.
