- Support, lead and manage a multidisciplinary team (including Regional Visiting Managers) and provide direction on the appropriate management of workloads to ensure a timely and responsive and culturally appropriate service to clients and other key stakeholders.
- Provide strategic analysis and advice on practice development and implementation, stakeholder engagement, and emerging issues to improve the operational performance of the Office of the Public Guardian.
- Prepare and review briefing material, correspondence and reports for the Director, and the senior management team and other entities on issues related to the function and administration of the CVA and OPG.
- Develop strategic partnerships across government, nongovernment organisations and broader stakeholders to ensure that effective collaboration and engagement, to support improve the qualityofservice delivery to clients and the operational performance of the Office of the Public Guardian.
- Manage human, financial and physical resources ensuring effective governance, a culture of client services and the achievement of results required.
- Undertake specific project development and lead change positively to achieve outcomes.
