Your new opportunityThis role will be responsible for development of a Learning & development framework for QGIF including the delivery and execution of a blended learning program for the organisation, targeted at lifting the internal capability to meet current and future business needs with a focus on creating an innovative culture.
In this role, you will:
- Framework Development: Create and implement a robust Learning & Development framework that includes learning pathways, onboarding, succession planning, and key capability articulation across all QGIF roles
Program Design:
Design and deliver blended learning programs that achieve business objectives through high-quality technical, professional training, and leadership skills development
Thought Leadership:
Provide thought leadership by sharing innovative methodologies and staying informed on best practices in training, capability, wellbeing, and business improvement
Process Implementation:
Lead the implementation of information and business management practices, including documenting processes and workflows, creating integrated system and process manuals, and developing training support materials
Capability Development:
Design and deliver modern, innovative internal capability development services by recommending and implementing organizational development interventions tailored to current and future business and workforce priorities
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop, implement, and evaluate a variety of capability-building programs and services.
What experience you will bring:
- Developing and implementing a Learning & Development Framework with proven success. Executing blended learning programs to support business initiatives. Delivering effective training packages.
There are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role, however, relevant qualifications and prior experience in a similar role are highly regarded.
