Currently we have a vacancy for Testing Team Leader to carry out pretesting and function testing of infrastructure, both in factory and site environments.

This role will also include leading testing teams and assist with the management of works.

Key responsibilities are:

  • Carry out the functional testing of trackside equipment for relay & CBI based interlocking.
  • Undertake the testing and commissioning of signalling equipment to meet contract specifications, performance and safety parameters
  • Raise and close out Test Logs in an efficient manner and ensure Work Packages are well managed
  • Review and evaluate the testing resource requirements for applicable testing and documentation tasks
  • Plan team's work on a daily basis, monitor, manage and report progress as required
  • Coordinate with project team and external customers to create and maintain a forward looking testing calendar for the team, aimed at reducing at improving utilisation
