The Yiros Shop is a fast growing, family owned and operated business that pays homage to traditional Greek street food by adding a new yet authentic modern twist.
The Yiros Shop has experienced significant growth in the past 4 years, expanding from just 5 restaurants to 16 in this very short period of time, with several more scheduled to open over the next 12 months.
With rapid growth, comes the need to welcome new, innovative and experienced professionals to join our head office team to support our people and our business.
Job Description:
The Yiros Shop is on the hunt for an experienced recruitment and training specialist to join our dynamic head office team and be the driving force behind our end-to-end recruitment process We're seeking a proactive and innovative individual with a knack for talent acquisition and a genuine passion for training and development.
In this role, you'll not only excel in the art of recruitment but also have the exciting opportunity to expand your horizons by honing your skills in training.

Recruitment responsibilities will include:

Job advertising: Posting eye-catching job ads based on the requirements of the role required to be filled.

Interviewing:Carrying out comprehensive in-person interviews for restaurant management positions.

Record-Keeping:Recording data on all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Training & Development responsibilities:
The Yiros Shop is passionate about the professional development of our existing employees, and we have identified the need to develop and implement more structured training to our employees that will upskill and provide further opportunities within the business as we expand.
As this is a developing function within the business, we are seeking someone to help identify training gaps and develop and implement training to our employees via both an online training hub and face-to-face.
Qualifications:
- Solid experience in all aspects of recruitment,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Excellent organisational skills with highlevel administrative computer skills,
- Strong relationshipbuilding and teamwork,
- Experience using SmartRecruiters or a similar platform, preferable,
- Confidence in training and development, particularly in the realm of endtoend hiring processes,
- A proactive approach to challenges and opportunities,
