Description:

Reporting to the Loyalty Program Manager, you will:

  • Develop a communications plan for our Booklover loyalty members that is designed to increase the recency, frequency and value of our member base.
  • Manage the daytoday creative briefing process and sign off by relevant parties ensuring attention to detail is applied.
  • Communicate all comms to relevant parties
  • FO's, Store Managers etc., so everyone is across all communications to the member database.
  • Assist in writing and editing the content for all edm's.
  • Analyse edm performance and generate dashboards within the CDP to monitor.
  • Develop a series of customer facing promotions/ competitions in conjunction with suppliers/ buying team and communicate effectively via the database.
  • Provide assistance and general marketing support.
  • Respond to individual store requests.
  • Track competitor activity and communicate to the wider business.
  • Ensure measurements and the specifics of each campaign are recorded.
  • Undertake special project work as required.

Skills and Experiences:

  • Experience in direct marketing
  • Experience in marketing campaign management in digital and direct channels
  • Experience working with data sets and obtaining valuable insights from data
  • Understand Spam and Privacy compliance
  • Ability to work well with various stakeholders to get consensus and signoff
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Experience in the following highly regarded:

  • Marketing & campaign experience with a loyalty program
  • Marketing platforms like Emarsys (or similar) and CMSs
  • Loyalty platforms, and Adobe creative products (Photoshop, Indesign, Lightroom)
