Marketing Coordinator (3-month Contract)

Marketing Coordinator to join Investa's marketing team on a full-time, 3-month fixed-term contract.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Portfolio Marketing Manager initiatives and contributing to the overall success of our building campaigns

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Database management and updating CRM.
  • Creating and posting newsletters.
  • Conducting market research.
  • Coordinating events, webinars, and trade shows to promote our products/services.
  • Managing and analysing marketing performance data to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
  • Contributing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to enhance our marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • A creative mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
