You will be working on key digital projects such as:

  • the NSW Climate and Energy Action website,
- running an image library,
- assisting with a large range of digital projects,
- triaging public queries through websites. ?

About You
You are an effective communicator and collaborator who can engage with a variety of stakeholders. You are proactive and enthusiastic in supporting a busy cross-functional team to deliver outcomes for business partners.

You will manage competing demands and priorities with patience and efficiency, bringing a strong sense of organisation, collaboration and reporting to the role.

You are successful in these endeavours by bringing a positive and results-driven attitude to all your work.

Skills and expertise

You will:
- have experience supporting business teams in the successful delivery of digital projects, including assisting in the development and management of project plans and timelines, budget documentation, stakeholder requirements and reporting
- have experience assisting digital teams in activities such as website and intranet coordination, content coordination and publishing, systems administration, gathering stakeholder requirements and data management
- have experience providing administrative responsibilities to a cross-functional team, including financial administration, scheduling and coordination of workshops and stakeholder meetings and general communications and reporting activities

  • Have excellent communications skills, both written and oral, and have a demonstrated track record of delivering results in efficient, collaborative and adaptable ways.

About the Team


Our Digital team is seeking an
Assistant Project Officer - Digital to support the Climate Change and Sustainability Division by managing the strategic digital portfolio that underpins the New South Wales Government's sustainability, climate change and net zero emissions policy agenda.


Our Digital team works in a high performing and fast-paced environment alongside the Division's delivery teams to ensure the best results for their customers and NSW.

The Digital team manages a suite of digital platforms and systems, ensuring best practice is applied across disciplines including user experience, content and data management and product lifecycle management.

About NSW Treasury
