About the Role- Some of the role requirements are listed below;- Creation and execution of digital recruitment advertising campaigns from start to finish, leveraging recruitment branding/employer branding materials internal support and driving collaboration across teams for success.

  • Work with key stakeholders within BHP to deliver exceptional work and results including the digital, branding and relevant communications teams.
  • Monitor and report on the success of campaigns, adapting and learning from the results with a continuous improvement mindset.

About You

  • You will be an exceptional wordsmith, happy to take charge and lead projects with a key eye for detail. Having a passion for what you do and how you do it, as well as caring about the final result will be important not only to your success, but the team as a whole.
  • Creativity and passion are at the heart of this role, and you definitely don't need to have worked in either mining or Talent Acquisition previously to be successful. You do need to understand that your creativity and passion need to be balanced with the need to preserve BHP's brand in the market and you will need to work with this across all of your work.

  • This is Fixed Term role until 30th June 2025. This role can be based at either our Perth, Brisbane, or Adelaide offices.
