Your new opportunity:
Our client is a leading organisation located in Hamilton, which has a national remit.

This company represents thousands of members Australia-wide, and is looking for a part-time or school-hours HR Officer on a 4-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful team and further your career in Human Resources.

Your new responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior HR Advisor in various administrative tasks throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide comprehensive HR operational and administrative support to the HR Advisor and Corporate Services Unit, addressing organisational needs.
  • Support organisational learning and professional development initiatives.
  • Assist in recruitment activities and manage endtoend recruitment processes for new and replacement roles.
  • Handle the administration of onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on employmentrelated matters.
  • Develop HRrelated resources and recommend initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
  • Manage HR inquiries, process essential documents, update position descriptions, and ensure accurate and centralised HR records.

Core competencies & skills:

  • Possess a degree in Human Resources or related field (or working towards it).
  • Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Showcase problemsolving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Understanding of Payroll and industrial instruments
  • Exhibit flexibility, initiative, and selfmotivation.
