With Head Office based in Camberwell, manufacturing in Braeside this business offers a variety of food products for their 18 retail shops that consist of pastries, breads, cakes, and sweets.


Reporting to the Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a range of artisan bread products to meet production requirements.


Day Shift 5am - 1pm
$77,350.00 inc. super

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastry products
  • Measure, mix, roll and mould dough
  • Prove and bake bread
  • Liaise with internal staff to ensure requirements are met
  • Maintain stock levels and effective stock rotation
  • Follow all food safety standards and procedures
  • Quality control ensuring mínimal wastage

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bread manufacturing experience
  • Trade certificate or cert III baking (or similar)
  • High attention to detail and perform quality workmanship
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
  • Capable of standing on feet for long periods of time and lifting 25kg+
