About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Baker to join our team at Woolworths. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastry products to meet customer demand
  • Ensure all products are of high quality and meet our food safety standards
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • Australian Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent
  • Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia
  • Proven experience in a bakery or related industry
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
