At KCS we have implemented a hybrid work policy that allows employees to spend three days in the office and two days working from home, creating a balanced work environment that blends office collaboration with remote work convenience.

In the role of Project Delivery/Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for autonomously implementing the inspHire product suite through on-site or remote sessions, showcasing experience in supporting technology system rollouts.

This hybrid position calls for an individual with hands-on consultancy experience and technical expertise (SQL, etc.). More importantly, we are looking for a candidate who demonstrates a passion for IT and delivery in a fast-paced environment that requires agility in project delivery, effective client management skills, and conflict resolution abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely implementation of all projects, escalating any delays.
  • Manage multiple projects of different scopes and sizes simultaneously.
  • Lead the full implementation life cycle of the inspHire product suite.
  • Provide training to customers on-site and remotely as per project scope.
  • Prepare and conduct project kick-off meetings.
  • Track, monitor, and report delivery activities and project status.
  • Manage, document, and escalate delivery risks and issues to Head of PSG.
  • Utilize appropriate tools and processes for project success.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Exhibit experience in Project Management/Implementation.
  • Show attention to detail and thoroughness throughout the project life cycle.
  • Possess strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Hold a valid driving license.
  • Understand ERP systems and their delivery.
  • Have experience in a PM role with 'standalone' implementation expertise (no direct reports or budget responsibility).
  • Have exposure to SQL Server databases and Crystal Reports or similar tools.
  • Be commercially aware and proactive.
