Principal Integration Delivery Specialist A fixed term temporary full-time until 30 June 2025 for a Principal Integration Delivery Specialist AO7 available in the Digital Strategic Partnerships team with the opportunity to manage the successful schedule and delivery of integration solutions of varying complexity within e Health Queensland's Enterprise Integration Platform to provide access to patient and clinical data for critical healthcare applications across the whole of Queensland Health, specifically in the integration with the national My Health Record system.

This will include the analysis of requirements to design, construct, configure, deploy and support application data integration through the use of HL7 messaging and web services to provide access to patient data and clinical data for critical healthcare applications across the whole of Queensland Health.

Join our dedicated team to anage the design, planning and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with best practice IM/ICT design and delivery frameworks and provide advice and guidance to technical staff regarding issues being experienced in the production environment.

In addition to this, you will be responsible for: Specifies and designs large or complex systems and selects appropriate design standards, methods and tools, consistent with agreed enterprise and solution architectures, and ensures effective application.

Maintains an in-depth knowledge of technical specialisms and is responsible for the provision of expert advice regarding their application.

Manage the development, publication, implementation and compliance of all program/project(s) deliverables and related standards and procedures at an enterprise level.

Lead the assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation planning of large complex IM/ICT changes, including the evaluation of risks to the integrity of infrastructure inherent in proposed implementations.

Manage a team of specialist technical resources in the delivery of complex technical solutions.

Demonstrated experience leading the design, publication, implementation, compliance and delivery of technical solutions to industry best practice frameworks for large scale, complex IM/ICT infrastructure delivery program/project(s), preferably in the health care industry.

Demonstrated experience developing and testing HL7 messaging and Java-based message-oriented middleware solution.

Demonstrated ability to analyse and document stakeholder objectives and the underlying issues arising from investigations into the business requirement and problems.

Demonstrated experience designing large or complex integration solutions and providing expert knowledge in relevant design standards, techniques and methods and tools for large scale complex organisations.
