Job Description:

Responsible for developing retail marketing programs to enhance brand value, this role plays a critical part in shaping the brand's direction, creating impactful strategies, and ensuring commercial success for products. You'll strengthen brand perception, engage the community, oversee brand management, strategy, production, budgeting, team management, and customer engagement. By maintaining consistent brand positioning across all segments, you'll conduct market research, produce marketing materials, manage budgets, and explore revenue-generating opportunities through brand partnerships. Additionally, you'll expand the brand's reach in various markets.
