About the role:

The Digital Innovation team is currently seeking an Analyst Innovation & Cloud to join them on a Monday – Friday Roster based at Perth. Reporting to the Principal Innovation & Cloud, you will be responsible for supporting the company's digital innovation and transformation strategy by assisting with the development and management of projects that enhance efficiency and service levels. You will contribute to digital initiatives and the management of Microsoft Azure cloud services, working under the guidance of senior staff to deliver business value.

Duties:

  • Collaborate alongside senior engineers to develop and implement cloud strategies.
  • Monitor and enhance cloud resources to improve performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Engage in the evaluation and adoption of emerging cloud technologies.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving cloud-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.
  • Support clients with advice on cloud-related matters and assist internal and external teams to deliver cloud solutions.
  • Assist in implementing infrastructure as code solutions and programmatically solving problems.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in working with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.
  • A degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, IT) or equivalent industry experience.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning
