Our client is a renowned engineering design consultancy with a reputation of delivering innovative projects within the structural, façade, civil, environmental and water sectors. They are seeking an exceptional talent to join their team and work on impactful projects.

Position:

  • Lead structural engineering projects and contribute to the development of iconic structures.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and foster a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
  • Play a pivotal role in the innovative design and structural analysis of buildings, ensuring the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you will be / possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, specialising in structural engineering or a related field, from a recognized institution.
  • 5 - 12 years of professional experience in structural engineering design.
  • Proven track record working with steel, reinforced concrete and post-tensioned concrete in multi-level buildings, education, commercial and healthcare projects.
  • Obtained or working towards CPEng status preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in structural analysis, showcasing the ability to solve complex engineering challenges with precision and creativity.
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant engineering software and tools such as ETABS, SpaceGass, RAM Concept, RAPT, Strand 7 and Inducta software.
  • A track record of successfully mentoring and developing junior engineers.
  • Effective communication skills, empowering you to collaborate with cross-discipline teams, clients and stakeholders effectively.
