About the role

As the IT Support Analyst, the primary focus of your position is to provide a single point of contact and high-quality customer service, communication and support for queries, incidents and service requests across a range of IT and business services provided by the division.

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience in a similar position undertaking IT Service Delivery
• Well‐developed level of written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in or demonstrated ability to quickly learn service desk system and ITIL Service Management processes.
• Experience in a quality focused ITIL environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, be selfmotivated, be a selflearner, analytical, and proactive
• Tertiary IT or related qualification would be desirable.
