This role sits within the Data Office driving great data and analytics outcomes for our internal and external customers.
You will be accountable for aligning the insight & analytics capabilities with business objectives and goals across the fund, end to end responsibility for aligning great data & analytics with the right problem for the right people at the right time.
Additionally,- Establish and maintain a product backlog of data, insight, and analytics requirements. Ready for action
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to prioritize features based on business value, user needs, and technical complexity.
- Run discovery sessions, design demos, and planning meetings. Unleash the power of data insights
- Keep stakeholders informed, ensuring alignment, value delivery, and risk reduction.
- Continuously refine the backlog based on business demand and user feedback.
- Develop roadmaps for Data Insights and Analytics, focusing on selfservice data marts.
About you
We are looking for an individual who has worked in fast moving transformation environment and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity.
- A resilient and adaptable communicator with the ability to align business problem to solutions
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate and collaborate to achieve beneficial outcomes.
- Previous Experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership, with Agile (Scaled Agile) ways of working background include Marketing Technology, Digital or Service outcomes
- Experience in roles related to product management, data analytics or a combination of both.
- Experience translating business needs into actionable user stories and documentation meaningful to both business stakeholders and technical teams
- Experience guiding a team and/or working as part of a squad (and Tribe) within an agile working environment.
- Experience working with data specialists across different capabilities (Governance, Data Science, Data Modellers, Business Intelligence Developers and Analysts)
