As a Level 3 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and delivering end-to-end IT solutions to our clients.

You will also play an important role in managing projects and ensuring their successful outcomes.

Excellent problem-solving skills

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in a comparable service desk position

Good time management, analytical and problem-solving skills

A driver's license and full Australian citizenship and working rights

Minimum of 4 years' experience in the industry


Experience with MS Azure and O365 services, Microsoft services, Windows Server & virtualization technologies, backup technologies, Active Directory, Exchange Server administration, and networking.
