Here's What You'll Need:

Client Growth Manager | Transmission & Distribution**This is an exciting opportunity to join Jacob's Energy & Power Client Growth group, to effectively manage the Transmission and Distribution (T&D) Energy and Power client group.

As a valued member of the Sales Leadership Team, you will contribute to the overall strategy and drive the implementation of agreed actions to propel our business forward.

Upholding strong governance practices will be crucial to protect our interests while fostering an inclusive culture that values diversity of thought and embraces Jacobs' Culture of Caring.


We're searching for someone who has either commenced their career in an Engineering capacity and organically worked their way into a client focused position, with a core understanding of the T&D Sector or a Senior Sales professional with a thorough understanding of working with this particular client group, ideally from an engineering consultancy.

A senior leadership opportunity, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Foster, maintain and grow relationships with clients and partners within the Energy and Power Industry.
  • Contribute on a regular basis to planning and reporting, including the documentation of Sales Plan, pursuits, Go No-Go's and client contacts.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations to develop and implement sales pursuit strategies and develop long term commercial partnerships.
  • Provide best practice Account Management and excite clients through business development and promotion of relevant thought leadership activities.
  • Manage the development, maintenance and advancement of client relationships at all levels within your client group; demonstrate comprehensive verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advocate and ensure accurate sales process and procurement integrity guidelines whilst providing overall internal and external oriented sales management.
  • Partner with the ANZ Regional Market Director for Energy and Power, Senior Directors of Operations and Sales Operations Manager.
