Learning Enrichment Educator and Out of School Hours Care Coordinator

Employment Conditions
This role will be engaged on the following basis:

  • Temporary Part-Time
  • Preferred Start Date 4 June 2024
hours per week, Monday to Friday

8:30am to 5:30pm with a half hour break

  • Based at the Wentworth Falls School Campus
  • This position reports to the Head of the Junior School, Assistant Principal with day-to-day direction and management provided by the Learning Enrichment Teacher, OOSHC Coordinator, or their delegates
  • Salary in accordance with or above the MEA.

Position Overview


This is a combined role, including support for the Learning Enrichment Program in the Junior School and responsible supervision of children from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6 who are part of the Out of School Hours Care Program.

The role is based primarily in the Wentworth Falls Junior School Campus.


The Educator role will predominantly require providing in-class support for students with learning needs, including team-teaching lessons with the class teacher or sitting with identified students to support them and provide scaffolding and assistance during class.


The OOSHC Worker role requires responsible supervision of children from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 6 who remain are part of the Out of School Care Program.

The incumbent of this role will work closely with the Learning Enrichment Team to prioritise tasks and work effectively.
