While this role will predominantly be a Receptionist Role, there will be a requirement to perform other administration tasks for the Head of Senior School also.


Position Responsibilities

The overall position responsibilities for this role include:

  • Answering the reception phone; customer service
  • The administration of Senior School events
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Administration of Co-Curricular activities
  • Administration of HR tasks for the Head of Senior School
  • Administration of communications on behalf of the Head of Senior School
