The Role:
As a Café Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Franchisee Owner and duties will include

  • Rostering, Order, Customer Service Management and Training
  • Serving various Specialty Coffee and Hot Drinks
  • Serving customers and using the POS
  • Engaging with your team and customers alike

Skills & Experience:

  • Peoples person with a positive, can do attitude
  • Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers
  • Previous experience in café managment ( 1 Year )

What's on Offer:

The Manager Position is Full Time.

The store will operate between shopping centre hours Monday to Sunday - you must be available for a rotating roster which will include weekends.


Salary:
$ $34.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lakeside Joodalup

Experience:

  • Barista: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
  • Café Management: 1 year (preferred)
